If you refer to Part I of this article, you that the very first paragraph narrated my own personal experience. As time passed, I watched my tongue tastes at various times of the day. Later I found that the bitter taste return each time I ate late in the nights. In fact it was always worse when I took acidic meals, drinks, fruits. It normalized as soon as I stopped this behavior. Further excursions into this ailment showed that mouth bitterness increased the older we get. Management of old age is a subject for another day.

Management of Bitter Tastes:
Home remedies can help some people find temporary relief from their symptoms while looking for a permanent solution, though they may not work for everyone.

• Home Remedies That May Help Reduce A Bitter Taste In The Mouth Include:

-          Drinking Plenty of Water throughout the Day:
In a good number of cases, simply increasing our Water Intake on a daily basis does the magic. Not all bitter taste issues are severe. Some are just a clear signal from the body indicating that our body water level is extremely low. As soon as the water level gets to the required minimal point, the bitter taste would normally disappear. It’s not advisable to fall back after achieving this cleanup in the body system.
-          Regular Dental Care:
A sizeable number of people find it hard to keep up with keeping the mouth clean on a daily basis. They probably are rushing out to meet one appointment or the other. However it is also important to state that regular habits such as brushing, flossing, and using an antibacterial mouthwash such as Cloves, do go a long way to making our appointments successful.
-          Chewing Sugar-free Herbal Gum:
Health shops have adequate supplies of sugar-free gums that we can chew to keep saliva moving in the mouth. You also get a range of herbal sugar-free gum available for purchase online.
-          Avoiding Risk Factors For Acid Reflux:
Prevention is always better than cure. It is important to understand that such habits as eating greasy or spicy foods, reduces and in some cases resolves the challenges of having bitter taste in the mouth.  Eliminating tobacco products and alcohol goes much further in giving our mouth the required appropriate taste.

Once the cause is found and treatment begins, the taste buds would return to normal, and
the bitter taste in the mouth should disappear.

Most bitter tastes are treatable, and a person may be able to manage this symptom while a doctor diagnoses the cause.

Experiencing a bitter taste in the mouth is fairly common, and it should not be an immediate reason to be disturbed so much because it can be brought to normal in a short time applying these remedies.

The issue is the nature and quality of the music; not necessarily being jarred by the horn of a truck. Music according to its style and harmony can affect and alter brain chemistry. Jad goes on to say, “As a life and health coach and psychologist I pretty well understand these issues. So it is the style and mood itself that can harm.” ...
